Retention and Release of Permanent Records

It is Dynamic’s intention to protect the permanent records of the Learners. The data collection aspect of our courseware maintains the records indefinitely, unless removed by the authorized system administrator. We will maintain records for at least a seven (7) year period.

An Official record of a learner can be obtained by submittal of a written request by the learner to the CE Administrator or the System Administrator. The request must identify the learner by name, address, telephone number, professional license number or social security number as proof of the authenticity of the learner. The request must be signed in original signature and dated.

Records will be sent to the requesting learner via United States mail.
